Self-exclusion Policy
Purpose and scope
Azurebet maintains a self-exclusion policy to support responsible gambling. This policy applies to all Azurebet platforms and products operated by Azurebet and governs the terms, duration, and effects of self-exclusion, as well as post‑exclusion procedures.
Definitions and options
Self‑exclusion means the deliberate withdrawal from access to the Azurebet account and related services for a defined period. Customers may choose a self‑exclusion duration that ranges from 24 hours to permanent exclusion.
Initiating self‑exclusion
Customers may initiate self‑exclusion via the Self‑Exclusion page in their Azurebet account. Alternatively, a request may be submitted through Azurebet Support. Requests for extension or modification of an existing exclusion should be directed to Support.
Effects during the exclusion period
- Access to the Azurebet account is blocked for betting, depositing, or withdrawing purposes across all Azurebet products and channels.
- Promotional materials and targeted gambling communications may be withheld during the exclusion period.
- Any active cashout requests must be completed before the exclusion begins; no new withdrawal requests may be processed during the exclusion period.
Handling of bets and funds during exclusion
Bets placed prior to the start of self‑exclusion remain valid and will settle in accordance with official results. Azurebet will not cancel or void bets placed before the commencement of the exclusion. Funds existing in the account remain subject to standard withdrawal rules, except as provided by this policy.
Account status and post‑exclusion reactivation
Any accounts opened by a self‑excluded customer will be immediately closed, and the funds will be inaccessible. Upon expiry of a non‑permanent exclusion, the customer may regain normal access by logging in. If permanent exclusion has been chosen, reversal is not permitted and registration of a new Azurebet account is prohibited.
Extensions and further periods
Self‑exclusion may be extended for additional periods upon request. To extend, contact Azurebet Support. Extensions may cover one or more subsequent periods as requested by the customer. During an active exclusion, the duration cannot be shortened, and a permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.
Prohibition on evasion
During the exclusion period, customers must refrain from attempting to create alternative Azurebet accounts, log in to existing accounts, or place bets in any way that circumvents the measures implemented by Azurebet. Azurebet may take additional action if evasion is detected.
